Pork Chops with Apples & Stuffing

This is an easy dish that our family has been enjoying for years.  It's easily one of Bryan's favorites.  I usually like to add some extra fresh sliced apples with the apple pie filling.

Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing
Prep time 10 min
Total time 50 min
Makes 6 servings

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

PREPARE stuffing as directed on package.

SPREAD pie filling onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil.

BAKE 40 min. or until chops are done (160ºF), removing foil after 30 min.

  1. Hi Cristin, I just got done checking out your blog and being that you are a military wife. Reaching out to see if you wanted to work together on a piece for resources related to military members and veterans. I’d love to chat further about it could you email me please? Much appreciated! - Erin
